They are currently seeking a proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator (Wholesale) to support our expanding global footprint from a fully remote setup in the Philippines.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to our friendly, Australia-based wholesale leadership team, you will be the helpful backbone of our global distributor and agent networks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Order Management: Drive daily outbound order releases, monitor allocations, track open orders, and complete financial reconciliations for cancellations and credits
- B2B Platform & Tool Logistics: Approve and track inbound replenishment orders and connection requests through global B2B sales platforms
- Account Coordination: Manage the wholesale account base efficiently, collaborating directly with sales managers, international agents, and external distributors
- Data Maintenance: Audit and maintain accurate records in the ERP system, ensuring seamless back-order logging, short shipment management, and accurate forecasting metrics
What You’ll Bring
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination role (experience working within a Wholesale framework is highly valued)
- Technical Aptitude: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formatting, formulas) and a natural comfort with modern cloud-based business systems
- Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, paired with a collaborative and professional presentation style
- Operational Mindset: Strong attention to detail, highly organized workflow planning, and a commercial, problem-solving attitude
- Adaptability: The ability to work independently, take strict ownership of timelines, and comfortably manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Bonus Points For
- Experience with AP21 or similar ERP business software
- Prior exposure to JOOR or other B2B digital order platforms
